Homemade Pizza Rolls

I found this recipe on Pinterest and decided to try it out this weekend. It makes a perfect football tailgating appetizer and it is so easy to make!

Here is where I found the idea thanks to Pinterest: Plain Chicken. Here is how I made them...

What You Will Need:
Crescent Rolls
Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni
Mozzarella String Cheese

Roll out the crescent rolls and divide them up using the perforated edges. You might want to do this on a piece of wax paper that has some flour on it; otherwise, the crescent rolls will stick to everything.

Place 5 pieces of pepperoni on the large end of each crescent roll.

Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half. Place one cheese stick half on top of the pepperoni.

Roll up each crescent roll and place on a baking sheet.
Bake them for 12 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees.

Serve with some pizza sauce on the side for dipping and enjoy!

Project 365 - Week 39

Was this the longest week ever or what? Yes, yes it was. I am very excited for this relaxing weekend ahead. During football season, we do so much traveling on the weekends that sometimes it's nice to just have a weekend to stay at home and relax. I will still be cheering on my 'Noles as they take on USF tomorrow...from the comfort of my couch :)

FSU vs. Clemson

We had yet another epic weekend full of FSU football. ESPN College Gameday made Tallahassee the center of college football yesterday and we were there for all the action. Although the 'Noles got off to a rocky start, they ended up pulling off the win against the Clemson Tigers 49-37.

The best part about our tailgating spot is the nice breeze and awesome view

Reunited with some of my Phi Mu family

I love going back and visiting the Phi Mu house :)

My mamas made the trip over for the game too!

And of course there was a Kappa Sigma reunion at our tailgate

Go Noles!

New Flooring

Carpet + dogs = hell. If you are a pet owner, it is probably in your best interest to have the least amount of carpet possible in your home. I learned this the hard way. When we bought our house back in 2009, we were newlyweds, I was newly graduated and unemployed. Therefore, we opted for carpet instead of wood floors in our house because it was the cheaper of the two options. Over the past 3 years, our carpet has become stained/destroyed thanks to the various bodily fluids of our two dogs. Now, my dreams have finally come true...we were able to rip out all the nasty carpet and replace it with wood floors.

This was not an easy journey. My house has been a disaster area for about two weeks and it is still not completely put back together. Let's start from the beginning...

This is what your garage looks like when you are replacing the flooring in your house. Goodbye nasty carpet!

Tearing up the evil carpet was quite enjoyable actually :)

Our kitchen was the "staging" area for all of the furniture we had to move out of the way while the wood floors were being installed.

Our bedroom was the first room to be completed.

Since we had to move all of our bedroom furniture out of the room anyway, we decided to get new bedroom furniture as well. We have been wanting to get a king-sized bed for a while now, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity!

We haven't received our new bedding yet...it will be arriving from Pottery Barn soon :)

All the floors were finally done and we started putting the furniture back in place.

We are currently working on getting area rugs for all of the rooms with our new floors, but we did manage to find one for the dining room already.

Loving my new floors so much!
