Project 365 - Week 52

I literally cannot believe that the final day of 2012 is finally here. This year sure has flown by. 365 days ago, I started this little project on my blog. My goal was to document one picture per day for the entire year. Each week, I would post my daily photos on the blog. I honestly never thought that I would see this project through until the end. I usually start a new goal, keep up with it for about two weeks and then quit. Let's just say I am pretty proud of my self for actually sticking with something for an entire year and completing it, even if it is something as simple as posting pictures. You can click here to see all of my Project 365 posts from throughout the year. So today, on this 366th day of 2012 are my final photos of the year.

Well, it looks like we all survived the "end of the world". Congratulations. I think cocktails are in order. I still can't believe that 2012 is almost over. Only 1 more week of this Project 365 stuff and then you won't have to look at my boring pictures anymore.

My sister-in-law, Erika, my mom and I walked in the Festival of Lights 5K to benefit Children's Miracle Network. The route takes you though a beautiful neighborhood full of luminaries and Christmas lights!

Project 365 - Week 49

Only 5 days of work separate me from Winter Break, yay!!! I am one excited girl. Not to mention the fact that I have two awesome trips ahead of me on this Winter Break. Next weekend, I will be joining the ladies for our friend's bachelorette party in Savannah, GA. The weekend after that, my family and I will be spending Christmas in New York City! I can't wait. Here's hoping for a white Christmas :)

Project 365 - Week 48

I am one happy girl this morning. My mom and I are currently down at her beach condo in New Smyrna Beach about to head back to Jacksonville. I wish I could wake up every morning and go for a walk on the beach like we did this morning. I love these little weekend get-aways, even though I'm only a little over an hour from home. Last night was a good night to be an FSU fan! Our 'Noles won the ACC Championship and will now be playing in the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day in Miami. Not sure whether or not we will be making the journey to Miami for the game yet, I'll leave that decision making up to the hubby. Have a wonderful Sunday Funday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with their friends and family, I know we sure did. I am so excited that I still have another day off work for "Thanksgiving Break" tomorrow! So while everyone else is heading back to work on Monday, I'm still free for another day. Good planning Duval County Public Schools, thank you.
