Day 2 - Sunday, December 23
We started off our morning with a very musical breakfast at my favorite NYC restaurant, Ellen's Stardust Diner. Next time you are in New York, you must eat there if you have never been before. They have an amazingly talented wait staff that sings to you while you eat. It's all very Broadway-esque. It is a unique dining experience that you can only find in New York City.
The whole family at Ellen's Stardust Diner!
We ventured to Battery Park to get a good view of the Statue of Liberty from across the river.
It was a little chilly down by the river. Our trip to Battery Park was short lived.
We visited the Wall Street bull.
I am sad to report that our visit to Trinity Church did not result in us finding either Nicholas Cage or a national treasure. Rude.
Jared decided to get artsy with my camera.
On our way to the new 9/11 Memorial
The South Pool of the 9/11 Memorial where the South Tower of the World Trade Center once stood.
Lunch at Brother Jimmie's...we found Tallahassee in NYC!
Awesome view of the moon over the Chrysler Building outside of Grand Central Station.
Like I said before...obsessed with the lobby of our hotel. So pretty :)
We saw the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall
Yes, we will be auditioning for the Rockettes next year :)
Rockettes Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall
Spotted at the New York Palace Hotel...filming location of Gossip Girl. This hotel served as the exterior of Chuck and Serena's residence. xoxo
Part III coming soon!
