Movin' On Up

We bought a new house! As soon as we added Peyton to our family, we were severely in need of more space. Not only did we add another human to our home, but a tiny human with a lot of stuff. We purchased a lot about three years ago with the intention of having my dad build us a house on it. However, after my dad passed away we sort of put that dream on the back burner and let the lot just sit there until we were ready for it. This summer we revisited the idea of building on our lot and decided that this just wasn't the right time to build a custom home for our family, nor was that the right neighborhood for a us either. We were ready for a new direction and a new dream.

We were ultimately led to my favorite up and coming community in Jacksonville (technically Ponte Vedra), that I've always wanted to live in since they started developing it. It has amazing amenities and family-friendly everything, with excellent brand-new schools. Plus, it is just crawling with young families our age with more babies Peyton's age than I could ever imagine. It is the perfect community for our family. We fell in love with this brand-new spec home that was already finished and move in ready, so we took the plunge. We are so excited about this new journey for our family and I'm already loving all the extra space!
