I hope everyone had a spooktacular Halloween! Despite feeling sick all day yesterday and still somewhat sick today, I couldn't let a good holiday pass me by. I indulged in Trick or Treating for about 2 hours and then it was back to bed for me. Our good friends, Ryan and MaryAnn, have a son, Jackson, who turned 3 on Saturday so they sort of combined his birthday and Halloween into one party. I simply couldn't miss out on celebrating Jackson's birthday! Plus, we all know how to love to dress up in theme for any occasion. I may be 24, but I am definitely not above dressing up as a character from a Disney movie.
I dressed up as Jessie from Toy Story to go Trick or Treating with this adorable little man dressed up as Woody!
We may have been the only two people at the birthday party dressed up, but boy did we look good :)
We took Jackson down a couple streets for Trick or Treating and then hung out in their driveway giving out candy for the rest of the time. Despite feeling a little under the weather, dressing up and getting into the Halloween spirit definitely made me feel better for the time being. I am so glad that I got to go Trick or Treating with Jackson, it was definitely the highlight of my Halloween!
